Last year I created a Back-to-School unit that I have just revamped! Not only is it TWICE as big now, but it also includes so many new activities! {SO, if you have already purchased it, GO RE-DOWNLOAD IT!} One activity I am particularly fond of, is this large paper doll. I made a similar doll to this one when I was a little girl, so this brings back lots of memories. This activity will be really special and it is sure to go in your students' keepsake boxes at home! :)
My new Back-to-School unit includes all the patterns to make your own large paper dolls with your class!
Another activity I am excited to use is the Teacher Hunt. Basically your students are given a worksheet with questions about you {their teacher} on it. For example: What is my favorite color? What is my favorite book? Who is my best friend? And your students will have to search around the room to find the answers {written on the bright paper in the picture below}.
This packet also includes a Buddy Board Game. Students will get to know each other while playing and they will have a lot of fun!! The game is also really easy to print off, assemble, and prepare for your students.
{This game board is also available in B&W}
SIDE NOTE: Since it is summer, my cute niece {and former student} has been spending a lot of time at my house. When she saw the paper doll craft, she had to make one of her own! Love her!
